The New Towel Rack in the Tiny Bathroom

Last week, I worked on cleaning the teeny tiny bathroom upstairs after finding mold in there.  We’ll have to be extra vigilant to make sure that the mold doesn’t keep growing.  I haven’t done decorating in that room for at least 10 years so it’s about time that it gets a little update – even if it’s something as simple as a towel rack!I went to World Market yesterday and bought a new towel rack.  It has a lot of hooks so the towels can dry out completely after each use.  There’s a perfect place in the tiny bathroom to hang it and I can’t wait to see it on the wall.

The Yellow Bath Mat to go with the Towel Rack

I also bought a new yellow bath mat but I’m not sure if we’re going to use it yet.  When the shower door is open, water drips down onto the floor. The mat is pretty thick and it needs to be able to fully dry between showers. I think that’s why the last one molded extremely fast.  Maybe I can find a towel bar or something that we could hang it on between showers.

I got a great deal on these two things.  The towel rack was $25.00 and the bath mat was originally $15.00.  The towel rack was 20% off.  The bathmat was 40% off.  Knowing that World Market sends me practically five emails a day, I knew there must be a coupon that I could use.  It’s kind of annoying how many they send out every day but there’s always one I can use when I’m there.  The one that was active was for $10.00 off of a $30.00 purchase.  If I hadn’t grabbed the bath mat, I wouldn’t have been over $30.00.  I ended up getting both things for $19.95.  I think I got a great deal because I love both of them!

It’s nice to add new things to the freshly cleared out rooms!
