Things have been a whirlwind around here lately. I can’t believe it’s December already! Why is time flying so fast? I was hoping that I would be more together this Christmas but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I actually have a few presents but my tree isn’t even up yet. No cards even started. And I can’t get this place cleaned up!
I was making huge progress the other day. It was great. But then I had to leave to help my mom with a craft sale. She’s been getting ready for this craft fair for about 2 months now. Her whole goal was to make $30 so that she could buy some oranges today. So, I sat there with her for about 4 hours and she made her $30 plus a little bit more. At the end of the day, we went to load up her car and she had a flat tire. We got it to the tire place where I thought they would fix it for her pretty cheaply but they wouldn’t. They said she needed a new tire. I felt so bad for her!! She worked so hard to make that $30 and the tire was $86. I ended up giving her $30 because it was just so sad and now she has a good tire for the winter too.
