Things haven’t moved much in the last 2 weeks. Â I was stuck emotionally and physically but I’m not really sure why. Â I let go of 1,180 things in September and early October which is a lot but there’s so much more to go.
As I was getting rid of things today, I wasn’t going to count. Â I was just going to get rid of things but decided that I need those numbers. Â So, I counted. Â 78 more things that I will never have to bend down to pick up again. That’s such a motivating thought!
The things that ended up in the box were at least 15 single socks, some bracelets, a headband, some gloves, a magazine and a bunch of other things. Â I was a little disappointed since it didn’t seem like much but then I pulled out the Halloween costumes. Â I was expecting it to be hard to go through them because of all the trick or treat memories. To my surprise, it wasn’t hard at all to let them go. Â I got rid of 15 costumes! Â I’m a little bit amazed with myself!
Starting on the Front Porch
My front porch is still out of control. Â I wasn’t going to start it until I was done with the living room but it can’t wait any longer. Â Starting small is better than not starting at all. Â For today, I was going to look for one thing but then decided that in order to finish in the next 3 weeks, I better double it. Â I got rid of two things. Â There’s enough things out there that I could’ve kept going after the first few things but for time’s sake, I decided to stop.
I cheered after reading that title!! YAY, Jen!! I knew you’d get unstuck!! Those are fab-o numbers!!
