Ok, not really. I’ve actually been working on my decluttering. Just haven’t had time for posting. I haven’t had time for pretty much anything. I’m so incredibly frustrated with it all. My house really is a disaster right now. I want to clean it all but all at the same time. Of course, that doesn’t work. I can only do one thing at a time no matter how many things need to get done. So, I declutter a little bit everyday and just keep adding to the pile. I know that once I get it out, it will open up more space in my life.
Sorry this is so short but the next thing awaits….
Just take your time, Jen.. and you’ll get it all under control. Life sometimes get’s in the way of.. life… so just be nice to yourself and pick it back up when you have the energy to do so. ❤
Life does that sometimes. We got “lucky” when we were decluttering and then the house flooded. I also had 3 weeks off after we moved our stuff in to go through stuff. I would never recommend that method though!
I wish I could stay home for a week to work on it! That would be so nice! Or maybe not.. lol
You do you, Jen!
However it works best.
this reminds me my own dilemma of having a healthy daily and work routine while I try to do a heavy load of work… the conflicting priorities (personal routine/well being versus work to be done) extra stresses me. every day I start with the intention to do both, and many days I can only focus and work on one of them (either my own well being or the work). time to time I just let the expectations from myself be on hold till the work done. I used to blame myself and get frustrated with it, but I also developed kindness toward myself; after all I decided this was just a transition, and one day things would get back on track. at the right time.
wishing you well
I’m glad you’re able to find that balance! I’ve been struggling with it lately. I like the idea of being kind to ourselves.
