I have two hours until I need to leave to work on the giant pile of miscellaneous things in the middle of my living room. I’ve been stuck on this pile for a long time now. If I could get through it, I could start working on another room. I can’t wait. I really desperately need to start working on two rooms in particular… my front porch and my bedroom. The kitchen is looking forward to another decluttering too.
I was really worried about what I would do once the hoard was all cleaned up but I’ve almost overcome that. I know lots of things that I want to do now! I have lots and lots of ideas that I will share some other time. Right now, I need to get back to work!
One more thing… right up the road from my house today, someone set up their own free table. They have a pile of stuff out and they even put a sign up that says ALL FREE. I think that’s awesome!

I am sure your neighbours were inspired by your frequent free-to-take tables. so awesome for every one 🙂
Oh no! I know that awful feeling when we are facing a massive pile of junk dragged out of cupboards and drawers and we’re wondering WTF we’ve done! Can’t put it back, got to get it done. Just think of that heavenly feeling of clear space.
It’s been doubly hard because I haven’t had much time and since it’s a pile I’m stuck on, I don’t seem to be getting hardly anything done when I do have a few minutes. I’m close though!!
Keep going! 🙂
Hey Jen, you are doing awesome!! I know those piles and bins to well. What works for me is setting a timer for 15 minutes and tackling what I can in that amount of time. Sometimes we need the baby steps.
How awesome that your idea is spreading! That pile will go away – I know it!
Cool!! You’ve started a generosity revolution, Jen!!
You’re starting a free table trend!
