Being home 24/7 means my TV is on 24/7. The other morning, the Lottery Changed My Life show came on and oddly enough, or maybe not these strange days, I couldn’t help but wonder where these people are now.
I wasn’t wondering if they were still rich or not. But rather, right now, do they have covid-19 or are they safe from it?
There was one family who lived up in the mountains in Colorado. I thought that they were far enough away from other people that they could be safe if they stayed at home. But they liked going to the ski resort (it might have been Vail) so were they still doing that? Then if they did happen to get sick, really sick, wouldn’t that be a cruel twist of fate?
Another family that stood out was a single mom of 5 that lived in one of the southern states in a trailer home. Anyways, some of the kids were teenagers at the time so they might have moved out by now but I couldn’t help but wonder how they were doing now. They lived on a farm and had lots of animals. They were out in the country, away from other people, so they could be okay too. I hope so anyways. They seemed like a nice fun loving family 😊.
Whoever thought, even a few short weeks ago, that I would even be thinking about something like this virus? Strange times indeed.

I notice I’m more thoughtful now. This has forced many of us to slow down a bit and is a welcomed change.
I love it. I’m not sure how I’m going to back to working at the office.
You are a sweet, generous person, Jen!
