I thought that one way to get rid of things might be to have a free day!! That’s right… A free day. I have some really nice things sitting around waiting to be donated but I don’t always like to donate them to the conventional places like Goodwill or St. Vinny’s. Sometimes I would like the items to stay local and help people in my own community.
So today, I’m going to set up a table of sorts in my front yard and put a free sign by it. We’ll see how it goes!! I hope everything goes to good homes where they can be used.
Here’s a little update: I set this up a few minutes ago but I feel kind of silly now. What if no one takes anything? What if it’s too low to the ground for anyone to really even see what it is? I guess I’ll just have to wait and see. I tried to sell some of it but none of it sold so maybe it’s really stuff that no one wants. I feel like the only person in the world who can’t sell a pair of Lucky Brand Jeans but what if I can’t even give them away? LOL!!
