On Sunday, instead of cleaning all day, I went to a car show to watch my friend’s daughter doing some of her chalk art.
This girl is a fantastic artist! The car show was Motor Mania so she chalked a portrait of Carroll Shelby.
She spent two days working on this piece.
I haven’t been to a car show in a while because I was always too busy cleaning to take the time to go. It was a lot of fun!
Check this out. It’s Eddie Munster! The real one! He was nice enough to come over and take a pic with Kaylee. He seemed like a nice guy!!

Horny Mike was there too! I don’t think I got a picture of him but I think someone said this is his car. There’s a chance I’m wrong about that but it was a cool car no matter who’s it was! We were talking about how hard it must be to get out of it and then someone got in it and couldn’t get out! Of course, we all got a chuckle out of that!
The Buster Car was one of my favorites!
That’s Buster on the side of the car. I got some nachos and that sweet dog followed his nose all the way, halfway across the building, right to me! I didn’t give him any but it was the craziest thing! He looks pretty scary on the car but he’s the sweetest, most calmest rottweiler that I’ve ever seen. So cool!

I hope you enjoyed the pics!! I wanted to share them because normally I would be at home cleaning. Or should I say, I’d be at home moving things around or decluttering. I was able to go to this awesome event and be there for my friends because the house doesn’t need much work!
I did some cleaning up on Saturday and it was enough. Of course, there’s a lot that I could’ve still done but there’s always going to be more. Enough was enough for this weekend and it felt great to not feel guilty doing something fun for a change!
